Tip: Sometimes I'm the last to know... other times I get news early. I had never heard of the blog-- The College Couponer -- until recently. Its target audience is college students on limited incomes, but since most people these days are on limited incomes I thought you'd appreciate knowing about it as well. Usually there is a coupon to be printed or a freebie to send for each day. It is maintained by a college student, a young woman, almost every day. I've taken advantage of it myself and so far, it's been a good thing.
