We tried Aldi's blueberry muffin and chocolate chip cookie mixes and they were both delicious. I believe they were each about $1.29 each as opposed to $2.79+ for Pillsbury blueberry muffin mix and $1.79+ for cookie mix. Everyone enjoyed them so much that I didn't even have a chance to take a photo of the cookies!

Aldi's blueberry muffin mix is terrific, but I think the optional baking instructions on the box for a loaf of blueberry quick bread is completely wrong. (It says to bake it for 25 min.) I baked a loaf of blueberry bread this morning, using the Aldi's mix, and it actually took about 45 minutes to thoroughly bake it. After 25 minutes the batter was still raw and gooey in the center. I turned the oven temperature down from 400 to 350 and continued to bake the bread for an additional 20 minutes. My loaf of blueberry quick bread came out perfect. It makes a wonderful breakfast bread or a quick snack.
