My meals for 10-day shred - day 4


BREAKFAST:  1 smoothie made with Juice Plus Complete Chocolate, bee pollen, coconut milk,  1 tsp. natural peanut butter, water and ice.  Hot herbal tea after the first smoothie.

I like to add extra liquid so I can sip on them throughout the day.  

LUNCH:  corn, hard-boiled egg and apple slices, still sipping my smoothie

Today I skipped the 2nd smoothie since I felt quite full. 

DINNER:  chicken, broccoli, small potato (with tiny amount of sour cream), grapefruit and strawberries 

AFTER DINNER:  Hot herbal tea
