Water aerobics

I have been doing water aerobics for several months now. Started going twice a week in November. Our YMCA pool is heated which feels great in the winter months.

What a treat today to have the temperature in the 80s after swimming the last few weeks and 50°and 60° weather. 

Take the next step: do something more active than usual a few times each week. You'll really notice a difference!
