OK... getting serious again about keeping weight down and hopefully losing a few pounds in the process. The weather is getting a little cooler (for Florida) so I'm ready to get outside. Downloaded this app that some of my friends are using... Map My Run. You can map walks, bike rides, etc. with this same app. Day 1: 2 miles in 35:54 minutes, burned almost 200 calories so my breakfast is free! :)
